This assembly includes the upper gear housing, lower gearcase, U-joint/input shaft assembly, propeller shaft, cavitation plate, and related components shown in the photos.
The SEI SE116 is designed as a replacement for select MerCruiser Alpha One Gen II drives, offering a compatible aftermarket alternative to the original Mercury MerCruiser sterndrive.
The exterior has been refinished in black and presents a glossy finish with visible cosmetic imperfections. The U-joint assembly and exposed metal components show surface oxidation and corrosion consistent with previous marine use.
