Used GM Chevrolet 4.3L V6 cast iron cylinder head assembly, commonly used in marine engines from MerCruiser, Volvo Penta, and OMC.

Condition

Used condition with visible wear consistent with previous marine engine operation.

The cylinder head shows surface rust, oxidation, carbon buildup, corrosion around the intake and exhaust ports, and discoloration on the combustion chamber surfaces.

The valve springs, retainers, and rocker arm studs remain installed. Three spark plugs are also present.

A previous remanufacturing identification label is attached to the cylinder head, but the date, scope, and quality of that work are unknown.

This cylinder head has not been pressure tested, magnaflux inspected, checked for cracks, checked for warpage, or tested for valve sealing.

Cleaning, resurfacing, valve servicing, machining, or rebuilding may be necessary before installation.
