Genuine MerCruiser Alpha One Generation II complete sterndrive / outdrive assembly with a reported 1.47:1 gear ratio. This used upper and lower drive assembly is intended for compatible MerCruiser Alpha One Gen II stern-drive applications.
The assembly includes the upper gear housing, lower gearcase, U-joint driveshaft assembly, propeller shaft, anti-ventilation plate, and attached components shown in the photographs.
The Alpha One Generation II sterndrive was introduced for the 1991 model year and features a different design from the earlier Alpha One Generation I system. Buyers should confirm their existing drive generation, gear ratio, engine application, and mounting compatibility before purchasing.

The sterndrive shows normal signs of previous use and age, including scratches, scuffs, surface marks, and cosmetic wear throughout the exterior housing.
The black finish remains present across most of the assembly. Some surface oxidation and discoloration are visible on the exposed driveshaft and metal components.
No obvious major cracks or broken housing sections are visible in the supplied photographs.
The sterndrive has not been confirmed as mechanically tested. Internal gears, bearings, seals, shifting operation, water pump, and pressure integrity have not been verified.
