The distributor is marked SAE J1171 MARINE and includes the distributor housing, cap, shaft and drive gear along with the eight-cylinder blue MerCruiser suppression spark plug wire set shown in the photos.

Condition
Good overall used condition with normal signs of previous marine use.
The distributor, wires, and boots show normal scuffs, dirt, residue, staining, and discoloration. Several of the spark-plug boots show cosmetic wear consistent with age and previous installation.
The distributor housing appears intact, and the visible drive-gear teeth appear complete with no obvious major damage.
The distributor and ignition wires have not been independently tested after removal. The cap, internal ignition components, wires, terminals, and boots should be inspected and serviced or replaced as necessary before installation.
