Genuine OEM Mercury MerCruiser Bravo V8 Cool Fuel pump and cooler assembly marked “V-8 Bravo 43 PSI.”
This complete fuel-system assembly includes the high-pressure electric fuel pump, copper fuel cooler, protective housing, mounting bracket, electrical connector, attached fuel and cooling hoses, hard lines, and remote water-separating fuel-filter housing with a Mercury 35-802893T fuel filter installed.
The Cool Fuel system is designed to supply pressurized fuel while using engine cooling water through the copper cooler to help manage fuel temperature before delivery to the engine.
This assembly was configured for a 43 PSI V8 Bravo application. MerCruiser used multiple Cool Fuel configurations across different engine models and serial-number ranges, so compatibility should be verified carefully before purchase.

Used OEM condition with normal signs of previous marine use.
The assembly shows typical cosmetic wear including scratches, scuffs, finish wear, staining, surface oxidation on the copper cooler and fittings, and aging/deterioration of some exterior hose insulation.
The electric fuel pump has not been tested. The installed fuel filter is a replaceable service item and should be replaced before installation. Fuel hoses, cooling hoses, seals, O-rings, fittings, wiring, and other service components should also be inspected and replaced as necessary.
