Genuine OEM Mercury MerCruiser 4.3L V6 cast iron cylinder head, casting/part number 12557113, removed from a GM-based MerCruiser marine engine. This cylinder head includes the installed valves, valve springs, retainers, and spark plugs exactly as shown.

Commonly used on many MerCruiser 4.3L V6 Alpha and Bravo sterndrive marine engines. This is a complete bare cylinder head assembly and is ideal as a replacement for a damaged or cracked original head or for an engine rebuild project.

This cylinder head shows normal cosmetic wear from freshwater marine use, including surface rust, carbon buildup, gasket residue, and oxidation consistent with previous operation. The valve train components appear complete; however, the head has not been pressure tested, resurfaced, or machined. Please inspect prior to installation.
