Genuine OEM Mercury MerCruiser Alpha One Gen II complete gimbal housing and transom assembly removed from a freshwater sterndrive application. This complete assembly includes the gimbal housing, bell housing, steering shaft, Power Trim XD hydraulic trim cylinders, trim hoses, shift cable, wiring harness, and attached hardware exactly as shown in the photos.

Compatible with many MerCruiser Alpha One Gen II sterndrive systems from the late 1980s through mid-1990s (verify compatibility by your engine and drive serial number before purchase).

The housing appears structurally sound with no obvious cracks or broken mounting ears. The trim cylinders, housing, and attached components show normal cosmetic wear consistent with previous freshwater use. As with any used transom assembly, bellows, seals, bearings, gaskets, and other wearable service components should be inspected and replaced as needed prior to installation.
