Genuine OEM Mercury MerCruiser coolant distribution housing removed from a MerCruiser 4.5L MPI V6 200 HP engine.
This factory cast-aluminum coolant distribution housing, also referred to as the water outlet housing, is Part Number 8M0075201. It routes engine coolant between the circulating water pump, thermostat assembly, cooling hoses, and other cooling system components to ensure proper coolant flow throughout the engine.
The assembly includes the factory housing with integrated hose necks, mounting flange, and both OEM quick-connect fittings exactly as shown. The casting appears free of visible cracks, broken mounting ears, or impact damage. Hose connections, sensor ports, and mounting surfaces remain intact. It shows normal cosmetic wear consistent with previous freshwater use, including minor paint loss, light installation marks, and typical handling wear. As with any used cooling component, new gaskets, O-rings, and seals are recommended prior to installation.
