Genuine OEM Mercury Optimax cylinder head assembly removed from a Mercury Optimax 3.0L DFI V6 2-stroke outboard engine. This cylinder head/combustion chamber cover assembly is designed for use on select Mercury Optimax direct fuel injected outboard applications.
This assembly includes the cylinder head, temperature sensor, wiring pigtail, mounting studs, and attached hardware exactly as shown in the photos. The combustion chambers show normal carbon buildup and staining consistent with previous engine operation and marine use.
The cylinder head displays normal cosmetic wear, oxidation, gasket residue, and signs of prior service.
