OEM Volvo Penta DP-SM sterndrive outdrive assembly removed from a freshwater boat application. Identification plate shows model DP-SM with a 1.95:1 gear ratio. This complete assembly includes the upper and lower gearcase housings, driveshaft, yoke assembly, and propeller shaft as shown.

The Volvo Penta Duo-Prop system is known for excellent acceleration, improved fuel economy, superior low-speed maneuverability, and strong overall performance. The counter-rotating propeller design provides enhanced handling and grip compared to traditional single-prop sterndrives.

This unit appears to have been refinished and remains in clean overall cosmetic condition. Housing surfaces show normal signs of previous marine use including minor scratches, scuffs, paint imperfections, and light surface wear. Propellers are not included.
